New website

I have been working my butt off for the new website (pardon my French). Creating tables in html sucks; they are unpredictable. So I used a lot of flash (swf) and ccs in the design, which makes widths more consistent. Please take a peek at it if you have time.

Earth & Flight Composites website

The site was made, using CorelDRAW, PhotoPaint, InDesign, Swish, Dreamweaver and FileZilla. I started from scratch one week ago - no text, no graphics, nothing. You will find it by clicking here

Update April 28 2013

The site now has a centered, full screen background image that is CSS controlled. There are many 'experts' out there on the web who invented all sorts of methods to achieve this, but only few of them work properly. Check out the source code and take a peek at the css; it is really simple. Mind you, there are also some js-scripts that should be placed on the server in order for the background to work. Dreamweaver CS6 automatically generates these files that should be uploaded to the Scripts-directory.

The site also has some transparent aqua-features that enhance its visual appeal. These are easy to make in InDesign that can generate transparent .swf-files. In Dreamweaver the swf's have to be defined as transparent as well in order for it to work.
